How we react and much of what we struggle with in our adult lives stems from patterns and belief systems that are formed in childhood. I help you to identify what underlies those patterns and sometimes how the body continues to hold onto them into adult life. The somatic approach of Compassionate Inquiry offers reveals the critical nature of the body-mind relationship and ways to heal the root causes of suffering and self-destructive cycles.
